Q. Do I need to book a table?
A. Bookings are not taken on weekends. A booking can be made during the week (Monday to Friday) for groups over 10.
Q. Why do the kids have to wear socks?
A. For safety and hygiene all people (children and adults) must wear socks on the play equipment. Bare feet are very unhygienic and are dangerous on the slides, shoes damage the equipment and will cause injury if worn on the equipment.
Q. Is there parking?
A. Yes we have plenty of on street parking at the front of the building on Pakington Street, we also have an additional 60 spaces available at the rear of the building (just follow the signs).
Q. What days and times are you open?
A. We are open 7 days per week from 9.30am to 5.30pm
Q. Do you have Eftpos Facilities?
A. Yes. You can pay by Cash, Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard and we even accept Bartercard
Q. Can I bring my own food?
A. No. We have an excellent café with an extensive menu and very reasonable prices.
Q. What about a birthday cake?
A. We can provide you with a birthday cake or you may bring your own cake, our team will gladly help you out by receiving your cake at reception and store it until you are ready to sing and blow out the candles.
Q. How clean is your equipment?
A. Your childrens health and safety is important to us. We disinfect all of our equipment every night after we close to keep things beautiful and clean for you.
Q. Do you do kids parties?
A. Absolutely they are our speciality. Check out our party options and menus to see all that we can do.
Q. Do you cater for school excursions and functions?
A. Yes we can tailor a package to suit the needs of your school, club or community organization? Just ask us!!!
